Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewelry that has been worn or tried on cannot be returned.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
