Shipping policy

We currently ship within Austria and selected European Union countries.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

Please note that AURE MARÉ operates under the Kleinunternehmer regulation and does not charge VAT.

For shipments outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

If available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

AURE MARÉ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
